Mia Greco is a Policy Associate who works on projects related to gender-based violence and restorative justice. Her role includes conducting participatory research and developing training initiatives for ISLG's community-based partner organizations. Mia also leads trainings for social service providers on topics like conflict management and trauma-responsive leadership. Before joining CUNY ISLG, she worked as a case planner at a foster care agency in Brooklyn. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Critical Social Psychology at the CUNY Graduate Center, with a focus on participatory research methods. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy and a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. Mia enjoys following her friends around the city, walking in Prospect Park, and finding new music.
