Adhanna Labora is a Policy Analyst with the Operations team. She supports the team's municipal fiscal policy research through a range of methods spanning data analysis, research, and organizational strategy. 

Before joining ISLG, Adhanna worked part-time for a real estate development firm, managing local law compliance for 10+ residential properties in the Bronx. During her final year at Baruch, she completed a semester-long research project exploring NYC community boards as stakeholders in the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) process for urban development projects. Previously, Adhanna interned for Energy Impact Partner, a clean-tech venture capital firm, and for the NYC Department of Homelessness, where she analyzed extensive data sets of crime and security risks of over 700 shelter locations to conceive solutions alongside the team of program administrators. Adhanna holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from CUNY Baruch College.

In her free time, Adhanna enjoys hiking, volunteering, and attending comedy shows with friends.
