Kevin Dugan is a Senior Communications Associate who leads the development and execution of the external outreach and strategic communications for the ISLG’s projects across teams. His role includes the planning and implementation of project promotion, social media and digital analytics strategy, and general communications support. 

Prior to joining CUNY ISLG, Kevin worked at the Council of State Governments Justice Center as Public Affairs Manager, working on projects that focused on reducing violent crime through improving access to public health services, improving outcomes for justice-impacted people with severe mental illnesses, and the expansion of alternative response programs for people facing mental health crises and non-violent disputes. Previously, Kevin led a variety of advocacy efforts throughout New York across a number of sectors, including the expansion of voting rights and protections and the establishment of renewable energy sources. Kevin holds a B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University, SUNY.
