Reagan Daly is the Research Director at CUNY ISLG, where she sets the strategic direction of the Research Department and develops and oversees a broad portfolio of action-oriented research projects. Reagan has almost 20 years of experience developing and managing criminal legal and other research in applied settings. Under her leadership, CUNY ISLG has helped government partners in more than 50 jurisdictions around the country grow local data capacity and develop data-informed policy and practice solutions, built an array of local and national data resources, and served as the research intermediary for multiple national initiatives. Prior to joining the Institute, Reagan served as the Assistant Commissioner for Research and Planning at the New York City Department of Probation and was an Associate Research Director in criminal and juvenile justice at the Vera Institute of Justice. She received her Ph.D. in criminology from the University of Pennsylvania.
