Taylor Swabb is a Program Director who has led teams across ISLG’s portfolio of projects aimed at optimizing efficiency and effectiveness in government operations. These projects include financial analysis and planning, capacity building, strategic planning and implementation, and policy recommendations. Our partners include local, state and territory governments and agencies, as well as universities and non-profits. Prior to joining ISLG, Taylor worked as a Financial Analyst for the Oklahoma Tax Commission and taught English as a Second Language in South Korea. Taylor holds a B.A. in Economics from Oklahoma State University and an M.S. in Urban Policy and Leadership from Hunter College. When not at work, you are likely to find Taylor outside in NYC parks playing tennis or leading bird watching outings for the Brooklyn Bird Club.
