Nick Kilby is a Senior Policy Associate who focuses on municipal budgeting and finance, and strategic planning initiatives. He serves as a project leader for ISLG’s work in municipal finance, including projects in Buffalo, Phoenix, Balitmore, Ottawa, Canada, and Bratislava, Slovakia. This work has included providing city governments with detailed financial analysis, policy recommendations, and the development of key performance indicators to track future outcomes. He has also worked extensively on our ERI project, including leading strategic planning projects with CUNY Athletics and CUNY Public Safety. Before joining ISLG, Nick worked for the Council of State Governments supporting environmental and air quality policy projects. He has an MPA and BA in Political Science, both from the University of Kentucky.
